Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial, which gives you the opportunity to send out two surveys as a test.
We want happy customers. If you're not happy, you will get your money back. It's that simple. If you don't feel that Hapkey has provided value within 90 days, you will receive a refund of all charges that have been accrued during that period. We will also close your account.
Yes. You can easily stop a payment. We use Stripe, one of the world’s leading online payment providers, to process payments. In the beginning of each month, payment for the forthcoming month is processed. If you wish to cancel the payment for the upcoming month, you need to do so 5 days in advance.
Your pricing plan is updated automatically based on the amount of recipients of the Hapkey survey. A notification will be sent beforehand when you have exceeded the number of recipients within your plan.
Yes. All our payments are handled by Stripe, one of the world’s leading online payment providers. You can read more about how they work with security.
The survey is sent out once per week via text message. The text message contains a link to the survey. When you sign up to Hapkey, you will be able to select a specific day and time that suits your organization.
No. When we’ve used the Happiness Metric in the past, we’ve discovered that it’s most powerful when you know who has rated what.
